What will I get with a subscription or Starter plan?
Starter and Pro unlock Video Ads, Image Ads, and Creative Packs — including angles, hooks, scripts, storyboards, prompts, and downloadable assets. Pro also includes Brand Kit, reusable brand memory, and monthly credits.
How are credits spent?
Credits are used when you generate ads and creative assets. Different outputs (for example image ads vs. video ads or Creative Packs) may use different amounts of credits depending on the model and format.
Will unused credits carry over?
Starter credits are included with your one-time purchase and stay in your balance until used. Pro subscription credits refresh each billing cycle — unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. Enterprise volumes are customized for your team.
How can I change or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade from Starter to Pro anytime. To cancel a Pro subscription, manage it from your account settings before the next billing date. You keep access until the current period ends. For Enterprise changes, contact sales.
What is included in Enterprise?
Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus custom credit volume, creative guidance, multiple brand spaces, API volume discounts, custom templates, enterprise security, and a dedicated account manager.
What type of product links does Coki support?
Coki works with common ecommerce product URLs such as Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. You can also upload product images if you prefer not to use a link.
Can I edit the ads generated by Coki?
Yes. Coki generates structured ad ideas, hooks, scripts, visuals, and assets you can review, refine, and reuse in Studio before exporting for your campaigns.
